TermsPrivacyCookiesDMCAAcceptable UseContent PolicyRefunds

1. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for every track, image, description, tag, bundle, profile element, link, and other item they publish to OSBeats.

2. Rights and Permissions

Do not upload samples, beats, vocals, artwork, logos, photographs, or other material unless you own the necessary rights or have permission to use and license them. Stolen, pirated, or infringing content is prohibited.

3. Adult and Sexual Content Is Prohibited

OSBeats does not permit pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual services, or adult creator content. Nudity or sexual imagery intended for sexual gratification is prohibited, including AI-generated equivalents. Adult live chat, escort services, prostitution, fetish services, and similar sexual-content monetization are not permitted.

4. Harmful and Illegal Content

Content that facilitates illegal activity, scams, fraud, unlawful violence, violent extremism, terrorism, or targeted hate is prohibited. OSBeats may remove content that creates legal, safety, financial, or payment-processing risk.

5. Marketplace Accuracy

Titles, genres, prices, license options, descriptions, ownership claims, and other listing information must be accurate and must not intentionally mislead buyers.

6. Reporting and Moderator Review

Users, rights holders, and other affected parties may report tracks and bundles. Authorized moderators and Admin may review reported material, add internal notes, hide or restore content, resolve reports, suspend users, and escalate cases when necessary.

7. Monetization Restrictions

Content that violates OSBeats policies may not be sold, licensed, promoted, tipped, sponsored, or otherwise monetized through the platform. OSBeats may disable purchase options or other monetization features for content under review or found to violate platform rules.

8. Repeat Violator Policy

Repeated violations may result in escalating enforcement, including removal of content, loss of monetization, suspension, or permanent account termination. Serious copyright, exploitation, fraud, or illegal-content violations may result in immediate action.

9. Exclusive Sales

When a track is sold under an exclusive option, the marketplace may disable further purchase options for that track according to the applicable listing and license rules.
