1. Allowed Use
Use OSBeats to discover music, publish authorized music and related creative content, license beats, build creator profiles, communicate with users, and use legitimate marketplace features.
2. Zero-Tolerance Adult Content Policy
OSBeats does not allow adult content, pornography, sexually explicit content, or sexual services. Users may not upload, publish, sell, link to, promote, or monetize:
- Nudity or sexual imagery intended for sexual gratification.
- Explicit sexual acts or pornographic audio, video, images, illustrations, or text.
- Adult live-chat, pay-per-view sexual content, fetish services, escort services, prostitution, or other sexual services.
- Sexually explicit AI-generated content.
- Content involving sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors.
OSBeats is a music marketplace and is not an adult-content or adult-services platform.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Users may not upload, distribute, sell, promote, or monetize content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights. This includes stolen beats, unauthorized samples, pirated recordings, unauthorized artwork, and misleading claims of ownership.
4. Violence, Extremism, Hate, and Abuse
Users may not monetize or promote content that encourages, celebrates, or materially supports unlawful violence or violent extremist organizations. Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, or targeted abuse based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, national origin, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.
5. Fraud, Illegal Activity, and Payment Abuse
- Fraud, scams, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, or payment manipulation.
- Peer-to-peer money transmission, cash-equivalent transfers, disguised payments, or laundering transactions through OSBeats.
- Illegal products or services.
- Malware, automated attacks, harmful scraping, credential theft, or attempts to bypass security.
- Artificially manipulating plays, downloads, rankings, followers, reviews, sales, or marketplace visibility.
- Impersonation, deceptive identity practices, or intentionally false marketplace information.
6. Reporting Violations
OSBeats provides reporting functionality so end users, rights holders, and other affected parties can report tracks, bundles, accounts, or other content that may violate these rules. Reports are routed to the OSBeats moderation system for review and enforcement.
7. Enforcement and Removal
OSBeats may review reported or flagged content, restrict monetization, hide or remove listings, suspend accounts, deactivate accounts, preserve evidence and audit records, and escalate serious cases for Admin review. Content that violates this policy may be removed regardless of whether the content has generated revenue.
8. Repeat Violators
Users who repeatedly violate this Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, copyright rules, or other OSBeats policies may lose monetization privileges, have content removed, be suspended, or be permanently terminated. Severe violations may result in immediate account termination.
